Since 2008, Stark County has experienced a tremendous increase in the numbers of individuals and families in critical need of our services. The SCCAA Community Services Center will house HEAP, Emergency Housing Assistance, Fatherhood, and CEEO - Work Force Development. The executive offices will house the Chief Executive Officer, Finance, and Human Resources departments.
