Wealth Manager
The Wealth Manager position could be filled with a junior or senior level candidate. A junior level candidate will have 5-8 years experience whereas a senior level candidate will have ten plus years industry experience.

JOB SUMMARY:
The preferred candidate will have several years, or more, of experience in a financial planning firm, with a demonstrated understanding of complex personal financial planning issues, income and estate taxes, and portfolio management principles. The ability to solve complex problems through the implementation of the six-step planning process including establishing goals, data gathering, analysis, evaluating options, and presentation of conclusions in a clear manner. You will work directly with a select group of high net worth clients, and gain valuable experience towards becoming a world class financial advisor.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be a current CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional, and have related designations such as CPA, J.D., or CFA or are working towards earning such certifications.
- Must have a history of maintaining a high level of attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize projects, and complete tasks on time with little oversight.
- Must be team-oriented and work collaboratively to achieve team goals. This position is deeply involved on a daily basis with a team of supporting professionals, including other planners and the Principals.
- Business development ability is desirable but not a requirement for this position.
- Experience using advanced financial planning software, client relationship management software (such as Junxure), as well as portfolio management systems.
- PC experience in a Windows environment is required, with knowledge of spreadsheets, and other common office software programs.
PAY/BENEFITS: - Salary will be based on experience, certification, and is competitive in the industry. Junior level salary will range from $60-$75K and senior level salary will range from $80-$100K dependent upon experience and certification.
- Incentive compensation and bonus plans are also offered.
- Additional compensation can come from a firm growth bonus, and an individual incentive compensation bonus.
- Possible new business bonus for someone that can do business development but that is not a requirement of the position at this time.
