Currently seeking an Administrative Assistant for a great opportunity with a fun company in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The ideal candidate will possess 2+ years of Administrative Assistant experience, 2+ years of Office Manager experience, or 2+ years of Customer Service Representative or Retail experience.

 

Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant

 

  • Report to the CEO
  • Will be a key point of contact for the company's customers and the sales force team.
  • Answer incoming phone calls
  • Enter daily sales orders
  • Fill invoices
  • Order office supplies

 

Requirements of the Administrative Assistant

 

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 2+ years of Administrative Assistant experience, 2+ years of Office Manager experience, or 2+ years of Customer Service Representative or Retail experience
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Must have stable employment history
  • Must have a positive attitude and good work ethic

 

Compensation for the Administrative Assistant

 

$13.00 - $15.00 per hour (depending on qualifications) temp to perm. Benefit eligibility after transition to permanent.
