Currently seeking an Administrative Assistant for a great opportunity with a fun company in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The ideal candidate will possess 2+ years of Administrative Assistant experience, 2+ years of Office Manager experience, or 2+ years of Customer Service Representative or Retail experience.
Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant
- Report to the CEO
- Will be a key point of contact for the company's customers and the sales force team.
- Answer incoming phone calls
- Enter daily sales orders
- Fill invoices
- Order office supplies
Requirements of the Administrative Assistant
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 2+ years of Administrative Assistant experience, 2+ years of Office Manager experience, or 2+ years of Customer Service Representative or Retail experience
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Proficient in Excel
- Must have stable employment history
- Must have a positive attitude and good work ethic
Compensation for the Administrative Assistant
$13.00 - $15.00 per hour (depending on qualifications) temp to perm. Benefit eligibility after transition to permanent.
