Building Supplies Distribution Operations Manager
Salary Up To $100,000 + Benefits & Paid Relocation to North Carolina or Florida

is seeking a
who is able to multi-task with enthusiasm as they lead their team showcasing business development & sales, customer service skills, and on-time accurate deliveries. We need a
– this is a hands-on-the-floor position of someone who thrives on work well done! This will be your P&L to handle!
This position is not a 3PL & it’s not pure distribution either! You’ll have the challenge of wholesales sales to businesses and then follow through with the distribution of the products. There is no retail sales – it’s all B2B.
As the Branch or General Manager of this wood building supplies facility, you’ll have an opportunity to use your management skills as you oversee:
Daily operations of this distribution branch
management of wood products
by developing new customers, and
by broadening product line penetration to existing customers
Manage your inventory to support these sales
reporting directly to you as you
& coach your team to meet the goals
job performance reviews.
Salary Up To $100,000 Plus Excellent Benefits

To qualify for this Branch or General Manager position you must have:
Experience selling & distributing building supplies, cabinets, furniture, lumber, or wood products
stable work experience in a
Experience in the P&L management, marketing, and business development (sales)
Excellent presentation & communications skills as you coach your team & meet with clients for with business proposals
& and being financially savvy will help you read the market & trends as you develop business.
