Inside Sales – Loan Servicing Industry– work from home!
Base salary, commissions, corporate training and benefits
$120 to 150k expected 1st years earnings
Our client  is one of the leading and fastest growing financial services company in the country.  In the last four years they have grown by 400% and are on track to continue this level of growth. Their clients include some of the most prestigious  banks and financial firms in the nation.
We are seeking  2 Business Development Executives - from the industry -  to expand their client base in the United States.   In this position you will be able to fulfill your dream and work from your home . Must be a self-starter and comfortable calling on decision makers and C-level executives from banks, credit unions and consumer finance experience.
Business Development Executives are responsible for developing relationships with and selling their services to C-level executives in investment banks, regional banks, finance companies, credit unions, and loan originators. Successful candidate will be a proactive “ sales hunter “ with the personality and drive to acquire new business. 
Responsibilities include:
  • This position is about developing new business from senior executives !
  • Extensive prospecting via phone, field sales calls, and referrals to create self-generated sales activity
  • Maintain and document a high level of personal activity to meet goals
  • Attend conferences and trade shows to effectively network with prospects
  • Occasional travel to prospect locations to identify prospects and present solutions
Required Qualifications
  • Prior successful sales experience in loan servicing  is a requirement
  • Incentive-driven “sales  hunter” with a strong work ethic
  • Comfort level selling to senior executives
  • Very professionalism demeanor
  • Proven success  in a performance based compensation program
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Strong analytical thought and problem solving skills; operate well under pressure
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required
  • Ability to work from home
