We are in search of an Engineering Manager. I have attached the job description for your reference. Ideal salary would be between $115-$120k but qualified candidates of a higher salary will certainly be considered. The hired candidate would also be eligible for quarterly EBIDTA bonuses. The scope that should be communicated to candidates is having someone with the skills, passion, energy and leadership to take a business from $16m to $50m with a brand new semi-conductor customer. We want to continue our commercial aero work where it makes sense, but need someone who is going to learn the new customer from the ground up and help build a world class manufacturing company supporting our existing customers and new customers. This candidate should be a strong leader – not necessarily years of tenure, but strong in leadership style.
The current engineering team is quite small; 1 manufacturing/process engineer & 1 programmer. We have support from Maine Machine if needed. This department could grow based on our potential growth. The manager that would be hired would evaluate and determine if we need additional talent or upgrade our current.
