Maintain and establish new metric based performance management and improvement systems. Handle employment, hiring and compliance with regulatory concerns. Deal with employee orientation, development, and training. Demonstrate an ability to work with all levels of company regarding HR issues. Handle compliance with regulatory issues. Deal with employee orientation, annual reviews, development and training. Create new policies and procedures. Handle employee relations, complaints and communication. Lead employee safety, welfare, wellness and health issues. Be proactive and continue to foster a culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality of product and service. Will supervise five in HR.
