Our client currently has a career opportunity for a qualified HR Business Partner to oversee campus human resources operations and ensure they’re aligned with our business goals. As an HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for solving complex organizational challenges through personnel-related solutions. You'll create the end-to-end personnel strategy that will support associates in realizing their ambitions. This will require you to think big, use data to guide your work, be comfortable challenging convention and, in some cases, to reinvent how work is done.

 

Our ideal candidates should have solid experience with HR best practices. You will communicate with senior leadership to express new ideas and suggest solutions, considering budgetary guidelines and our company culture.

 

Ultimately, you should be able to act as a consultant on human resources management and organizational changes.

 

Responsibilities include:

Consult with line management to provide daily HR guidance

Analyze trends and metrics with the HR department

Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances

Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention

Provide HR policy guidance

Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning

Identify training needs for teams and individuals

Evaluate training programs

Suggest new HR strategies

Support strategic recruitment efforts

Administer new associate on-boarding program

 

 

 

Requirements include:

 

Minimum 7 years of proven work experience as an HR Business Partner or Generalist supporting senior leadership in large scale operations.

Excellent personnel management skills

Analytical and goal oriented

Demonstrable experience with HR metrics

Thorough knowledge of labor legislation

Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices

BS degree in Human Resources or related field
