An Industrial Cyber Security firm is seeking to hire an Inside Sales Representative.
Job Description
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will become part of the next generation of sales leaders. With the aid of best-in-class sales process, techniques and technologies, you will be empowered to shape sales/customer relationships for all customers. You will serve as a key point of contact for the customer across opportunities and assist in managing customer relationships.
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will work directly with customers, your sales team and implementation partners to achieve quarterly and annual sales quotas - closing net-new business, as well as managing and growing our existing book of business. You will be expected to utilize modern selling and marketing techniques and tools to communicate effectively our value proposition by working with the North American Sales team to ensure a world-class customer experience.
Responsibilities Include
  • Assisting Regional Sales Managers (RSMs) with Marketing Qualified Lead (MQL) conversion and follow up as directed.
  • Preparing customer quotations for SCADAguardian Solution
  • Manage ongoing customer relationships to ensure long-term customer success with our solutions
  • Working in a fast-paced, collaborative and dynamic teaming environment with Director of North American Sales, Sales Engineering Manager and Solution Deployment team to effectively manage opportunities and pipeline through the sales cycle
  • Responding to customer requests by collaborating with internal and external business partners; coordinating with technical support; and offering assistance during all phases of the sales cycle.
  • Assist in customer follow up as directed by RSMs.
  • Ensure current sales collateral is maintained for North American Sales team.
  • Obsess over our customers and prospects to deliver a world-class customer engagement experience.
Ideal Profile
  • 4-year degree and/or applicable experience
  • 5-7+ yrs sales experience with a proven track record of success. Familiarity with modern sales techniques and tools is a bonus, including experience from retail sales, corporate internships, or entrepreneurial programs
  • Strong interpersonal skills, excellent oral, written and verbal communications skills. Ability to successfully communicate with contacts via the phone, email, video and presentations
  • Desire to work in a competitive environment where one’s growth potential is driven by one’s abilities and attitude
  • Ability to identify the key aspects of a potential opportunity, nurture the opportunity, enable channel partners as needed and manage the customer relationship
  • General knowledge of the IT industry, with the capacity to learn and retain knowledge about individual products and business solutions quickly and accurately
  • Achievement and success-driven personality, motivated by performance rewards for exceeding annual sales goals through strategic sales leadership and strong cross business collaboration
  • Solid time management skills and ability to work independently or under supervision with a high level of integrity
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite applications (Outlook, Windows 10, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, OneNote and SharePoint); Apple applications; Sales Force CRM or other CRM experience is a bonus
