This opportunity is for a Training Media Specialist on site at our client. As an employee of Productive Resources, you will perform various activities within the training and development area. This is the first level of specialist and typically possess prior generalist experience or a degree in education and training.
  • Investigate training and development needs of employees in support of training needs analysis or other such projects. 
  • Based on need analysis, develop training proposal and/or other development activities designed to close gaps related to employees' knowledge, skills or behavior competencies. 
  • Coach managers and employees on training and development opportunities that relate to the identification of development needs and are consistent with Enterprise objectives. 
  • Assist with the development of training and development programs as well as the delivery of such programs.
  • Develop basic programs or straightforward job-related skills training. 
  • Certified to deliver various courses developed within the Company such as Train the Trainer courses or those courses obtained externally. 
  • Prepare instructional materials and job aids for courses. 
  • Administer scheduling of training facilities, the reporting of training hours and other related administrative duties in the training area. 
  • Implement training requirements related to Enterprise projects such as Performance Management or Succession Planning.

  • Use Microsoft PowerPoint to create powerful and *interactive* presentations that convey the desired messaging and company branding in a visually compelling way for sales training.
  • Understand the required style, tone, and voice guidelines for sales training initiatives and their target audiences.
  • Create and edit graphic content for slides integrating icons, complex graphics, motion, colors
  • Create and edit sales training copy to be clear, concise, relevant and impactful Proofreads materials and edits presentations created by others to improve messaging and visual appearance
  • Advise others on how to improve presentations and messaging.
  • Strictly adhere to client and overall company style guides when developing content.
  • Assist in the management of digital media - including video and photos.
  • Meet a variety of fast-paced deadlines.
  • Photo editing skills.
  • Expert level Power Point skills.
  • 2+ Years’ Experience.
  • Photography and Videography skills.
