Regional Recruiter - Tucson - Full-Time

In your first two weeks, as a Regional Recruiter, you'll:
  • Work directly with the company's Managing Director.
  • Complete intensive hands-on training covering every aspect of the company's business model, our clients, our staff, and the company's growth and our future technical development plan.
  • Feel overwhelmed & energized.
Your next 4 months, as a Regional Recruiter, you'll:
  • Take over primary responsibility for Recruiting for a Multi-State Region.
  • Conduct Web Research to refine, update & share Market Intelligence with the team.
  • Manage the daily administration of our Recruiting & Marketing Campaigns using this database of over 7,000 companies.
  • Play a key role in launching a New Business Line.
  • Be amazed at how much you've learned about our business and our industry.
End of the year, you'll:
  • Take a quick breath.
  • Work with our leadership to review and refine the processes related to your role.
  • You'll begin to take a more active role in our Social Media strategy.
  • Really begin to see the vision, the possibilities for our company and for yourself.
This is a fast-paced business with daily campaign deadlines, and continuously expanding & refining our Market Intelligence Systems.  You'll feel pushed - but In a Positive Way - within a Supportive Team Environment.

After establishing yourself as a successful Regional Recruiter, you may want to take on new challenges, perhaps leadership.  You'll be well prepared to take and/or create any of many possible career paths with our company.  
  • You might want to grow into a Client & Candidate Advisor role and work directly with Clients and Candidates.
OR you may be interested in a Leadership Role in another area such as:
  • Marketing, Publishing, PR, Social Media & Strategic Alliance Development.
