  • You are an independent worker, who can take ownership of projects, and work closely with customers to ensure success, while also having the ability to work closely with internal teams and contribute working on assigned projects. 
  • You are someone who knows how to research and the importance of relating to potential customers
  • You have exceptional interpersonal skills, and a good sense of humor
  • Experience working with web based software  (ex: content management, database technologies, e-commerce, CRM, etc... )
  • Microsoft Office
  • Solid Presentation skills 
  • Able to build powerpoint presentations and delivery them to customers
  • Exceptional communications  skills - on the phone and in person
  • Attention to detail, able to do deep dive explanations for customers once you learn the technology  (Explain WHY things are done the way they are, or HOW something works the way it works)
You will be joining our sales organization as a Jr Sales professional and will be going through our hands-on sales training for the first 30-90 days after you join our organization.  During training you will be learning all about each of the modules of our software and solutions, you'll learn the benefits, the return on investment (ROI), and how they work and how to explain them to and demonstrate how they work to customers.  You will  learn how to work with Webex and GoToMeeting web-based screen sharing technologies and how to do live, online presentations to customers and answer questions about the products and solutions.  You will also be doing customer outreach, including phone calls and email follow ups, to introduce yourself and our software to new and potential customers. You will schedule follow up online meetings and calls to answer further questions and do any deep dive explanations or demonstrations with customers as well and you will learn now to process new customer purchases and work with the Customer Success Team to ensure that customers are successfully onboarded, and trained and get up and running with the best possible experience!

You will be working closely with the rest of the sales team, and will have special opportunities to attend occasional conferences and industry events.

We are a business casual work environment.  Our sales and customer success teams are based out of our Owings Mills office.  We offer a great training program, and benefits program, including insurance premiums 100% paid for by the company, and a $500 allowance for out of pocket expenses + other incentives based on achieving assigned goals and objectives. .

Base salary ($35,000 - $45,000) + bonus / commissions ($20,000 plus)   + exceptional benefits package (health, dental, vision, disability, supplemental insurance, retirement & contributions, 3 weeks paid time off + 7 holiday days off)
