We are looking for candidates who enjoy engaging with people and are passionate about food to join our team. You will focus on launch, implementation and monitoring of all grocery store level educational, training and store needs surrounding our frozen food products.
Provide in-store customers with information on products, food demos and serving suggestions.
Establish, nurture and maintain grocery store relationships with key store associates such as Store Director, Department
Managers, Seafood Associates and Food Demonstrators.
Visit assigned grocery stores in the Cincinnati area to ensure that the marketing and branding programs are executed to
standard per agreement with the stores. Provides detailed feedback to Director of Operational Sales with identifying
successes, opportunities and recommended action plans with timing to address store identified gaps.
Drives the implementation of new store launches and acts as a resource for all levels of the program: program set up, training
grocery store employees, daily/weekly execution, and product knowledge.
Executes all training outlines and determines instructional methods, utilizing knowledge of specified training needs and
effectiveness of such methods as individual training, group instruction, demonstrations and workshops.
Collaborate with Sales & Marketing team to provide strategic and creative input in branding and sales.
As established by the Director of Operational Sales, achieve sales results across all stores in assigned area.
Document and communicate store audit findings and sales recap to Director of Operational Sales.
Manage individual schedule, travel logistics and expenses.

2-3 years of experience in a Lead Brand Ambassador, Tour Manager or Grocery Store Manager role; the ideal candidate will
have direct grocery store experience.
Ability to cultivate and maintain strong internal and external relationships and influence without formal authority.
1-2 years of experience in a trainer and/or Supervisor role.
Ability to travel up to 80% to stores within your territory, including some overnight travel (typically 1-2 nights per month)
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Internet applications
A strict commitment to following health and safety guidelines and quality procedures
Reliable transportation with a valid drivers license.
Ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community
Strong organization, scheduling and time management skills; self-motivation; the ability to work independently
Excellent interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills
Analytical reasoning, problem-solving and basic math skills
