Job Responsibilities of the Maintenance Technician:
Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems of industrial machinery and high-speed manufacturing equipment.
Keep manufacturing line up and running: troubleshoot, repair, replace, reassemble, test, and calibrate faulty or malfunctioning equipment, control modules, instrumentation, sensors and vision systems.
Maintenance, troubleshooting, repair and calibration of electronic equipment including PLC controlled machines, robotics, etc.
Preventative maintenance of electro-mechanical equipment and systems as necessary.
What you will need to be successful as a Maintenance Technician:
Prior experience as a Maintenance Technician in an automated manufacturing experience AND/OR relevant 2-year technical degree.
Prefer troubleshooting abilities in applications using PLC’s, HMI’s, Vision Cameras and Robotics.
Knowledge of machine shop equipment, mechanical skills, troubleshooting, National Electric Code, OHSA regulations preferred.
Ability to work off-shifts.
