Your unique role with the company
This is a new position reporting to the Controller. In this role you will be responsible for providing ongoing analysis of process constraints, target costing projects, margin analysis and tracing costs back to underlying activities. You will spend the majority of your time on the manufacturing floor in order to understand the processes and costs involved.
This role will require you to take a proactive approach in order to anticipate needs and identify trends to communicate effectively with cross functional teams.
Identify Cost drivers and suggest Cost improvements.
5+ years experience in a multi step manufacturing environment
BS in Accounting and/or Industrial Engineering
