If so, DR Recruiting is looking for a solid, motivated, hardworking, persistent and organized individual to help grow the business.  Commission is up to 50% of all recruiting fees for a single placement!  

As a Independent Dental Recruiter (1099 / Commission Only), you will be responsible for achieving clinical staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating candidates, advising hiring supervisors, and managing the candidate experience. You'll source exclusively for Associate Dentists for DR Recruiting Clients.

This position could lead to a full-time role with the company, including benefits with no change in commission plan!

On a daily basis you'll search for candidates to fill specific job openings, review CVs / resumes, interview candidates, administer employment tests, keep up on rules regarding employment, and market your job openings. You'll have a marketing budget that you'll strategically manage in order to generate the most qualified candidates. This is a hunter position rather than a gather, so you'll need to leverage your own creative sourcing finesse to locate candidates.

What You'll Do:
•Work with our Director of Recruiting and the Recruiting team to oversee the Dental recruiting process
•Manage the applicant lifecycle from sourcing candidates to the application and interviewing process to the offer letter
•Generate a flow of appropriate resumes / CVs and candidates, profile, pre-qualify, interview and follow-up with DR Recruiting's Director of Recruitment and the hiring manager
•Generate leads via the web, research lists, referrals, and data bases
•Follow-up with prescreened candidates to ensure a great candidate experience
•Maintain the content of the Applicant Tracking System

•Receive, process and/or prioritize a heavy volume of incoming communication, including e-mails, faxes, and phone calls
•Prepare correspondence and presentations
•Consult with hiring managers to understand dentist requirements and functions in the hiring office in order to establish or enhance the pipeline of candidates


You will report to the Director of Reruitment and have the opportunity to leverage their expert advice for strategic planning and execution.

Requirements We seek outstanding professionals that possess the following qualifications:
•An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources or other relevant field
•Preferred: at least two years of experience in a related high-level recruiting role, such as dentist, physician, engineer, attorney, or executive recruiting
•A background in sales and marketing is a distinct advantage
•Experience recruiting, interviewing, screening, testing, sourcing and developing pipeline strategies in recruiting, staffing or a related department
•Working knowledge of recruitment processes and workflow, affirmative action documentation and file maintenance, and applicable data reporting
•Computer savvy including strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access); the ability to learn new software applications; the skill to effectively and efficiently navigate the Internet
•Experience with a CRM and/or ATS
•Skill and experience creating presentations
