Position:  Midwest Regional Sales Manager

Your unique role with the company: 
Reporting to the Western Regional Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of 6+ sales representatives across a 7 state territory in the Midwest. 
  • Directly and indirectly work to improve the sale of products in the region, while maintaining established gross profit margins
  • Direct sales forecasting activities and set performance goals accordingly
  • Meet with key clients, assist sales representatives with maintaining relationships, negotiating and closing deals
Community Information: Remote – Chicagoland area or Minneapolis area
Background Profile:
  • 5+ years experience in a Sales Manager position required
  • BS in Business, Marketing or related field
  • Well developed presentation skills & excellent customer relation skills
  • Background in water management/sewer industries preferred
