This small local office of an international company has a great culture and team which emphasizes giving employees the flexibility to get their work done as they see best. Customer interaction, problem-solving are key elements. Strong benefits too. They're seeking a Cisco expert to play an important role in maintaining their current production infrastructure, while also developing some new projects and initiatives. The company's COO described this role to me as a good fit for someone who's been "the Cisco person" at a bigger company, who would like to move to a smaller yet stable company where they can gain exposure to a wider range of technologies. Please note that this position *will* require carrying a beeper, so if you aren't into that, this isn't the right role for you :-)
 
Desired experience:
  • Cisco Switches and Routers , Windows 2003/2008/2012 server installation/support, Linux, and TCP/IP Networking.
  • Security, firewalls and patching.
  • Have managed 100+ servers in a 24x7, customer facing environment with very high uptime.
