Your role within the organization will be to lead a culture change and guide the technical, maintenance and production teams within one of the company’s key manufacturing facilities. 

This is a highly visible role within the organization responsible for developing the management team and mentoring a staff of highly competent reports.

You will manage the full P&L of a 24x7 facility with 100+ employees and 180,000 sft of manufacturing and warehouse space.  There are several large capital projects underway as the company invests in new equipment, automation, facility improvements and a transition toward improved standards.

You will lead the facility in a Lean transformation by engaging employees and driving continuous improvement methodologies and projects. 

Location:  NJ – eastern New Jersey near the Pennsylvania border. 

To be successful in this critical role:
You must be a driven manufacturing leader with the ability to engage the staff and drive continuous improvement across all functional and technical areas of a growing plant. 
  • A high level of experience leading production teams with proven capabilities in leadership, Lean transformation, safety and quality.    
  • Experience with plastic manufacturing in one or more of the following converting processes: Injection Molding, Extrusion Blow Molding, Injection Blow Molding, Injection Stretch Blow Molding
