As the Production Manager, you will have the following responsibilities:
  • Drive on time deliveries, productivity, and quality via efficiency & lean management
  • Support lean manufacturing, 6S, Value Stream, and cellular manufacturing to reduce costs and increase quality
  • Lead & teach staff to incorporate efficient methodologies
  • Direct the activities of production supervisors, maintenance support, planning, customer service, and engineers
  • Hire & train new staff, create work schedules, manage performance issues & reviews
  • Coach, mentor, & develop new leaders amongst your staff.
Salary $90,000 - $110,000 PLUS Excellent Benefits & Paid Relocation to the NE USA and it offers a great community of people who band together to take care of each other in the beautiful scenery of the lush rolling countryside and serene lakes.  Sports enough to keep you busy – hockey, football, skating & skiing along with ice fishing in the winter.  Warm weather will bring the baseball teams out & the boat for water skiing.  You can enjoy the historical landmarks, state parks, & lakes, visit the trendy cities or enjoy city life or the quieter countryside.
Minimum requirements for this Production Manager position:
  1. Bachelors’ Degree, prefer BBA, Engineering
  2. At least 5 years in a cable & wire, electronics components manufacturing environment 
  3. STRONG Lean Manufacturing and Value Streaming experience
  4. Excellent administrative, organizing, and time management skills
  5. Experience managing multiple shifts
  6. Experience with ERP systems
  7. Must be able to work without sponsorship.
