Job description & duties:
• Update and maintain process maps and procedures in Nimbus and assist with monitoring internal compliance as required.
• Perform analysis and reporting of key procurement activities as requirements are determined. Collect, analyze, and summarize large volumes of data in a format that is meaningful and useful to the business organization.
• Monitor status of expected delivery dates vs the requirement dates and take the necessary action to ensure mill requirements are met.
• Monitor blocked invoices for missing goods receipts and work with suppliers, buyers, and end users to resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Recognize non-conformities with supply base, and work with Purchasing, Central Receiving, etc. to resolve.
• Assist with identifying overstock and coordinating returns to vendor as needed.
• Monitor stock levels to determine at risk inventory situations and inform the appropriate contacts in Purchasing when actions are needed.
• Manage Certificates of Insurance to ensure AM/NS Calvert risk management requirements are met.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

Experience needs:
• Knowledge of Purchasing process
• Knowledge of Parts/Goods
• Customer Service Experience
• Strong experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Access) and SAP-MM module
• Material Management and Inventory Management Experience
• Steel Industry Goods/Parts experience
• Some college; BS in Business Administration desired
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong verbal and written communications skills.
