Leading law firm in Orange County is seeking to hire an experienced Records and Copy Center Clerk. This is an immediate need for a direct hire position. Clerk will have superior customer service orientation, excellent communication skills, and solid work ethic. Ideal candidates will thrive in a fast-paced environment while ensuring excellent quality control of work product and maintaining efficient work flow processes.
Main responsibilities will relate to legal records and reprographics/copy services using state of the art printing and scanning systems. Must be experienced with legal records and legal documents, Bates stamping, blowbacks, eCopy, and CD and DVD duplication. Additional duties will include backup support to reception. Proficiency with computer systems, Microsoft Office, batch printing software, document capture software, OCR and PDFs required.
