In this exciting role, you will report to an outstanding leader who in turn, reports directly to the CEO, so you will work with an amazing leadership team! You will have the opportunity to be our client's recruiting champion. You will support, advocate for and create a vision for our client's recruiters and staff. You will also oversee 1-2 employees who provide recruiting support to the hiring managers across our client's organization. In this hands-on position, you can make a difference!

Areas you will oversee including the following ...
Fill senior-level positions, as well as positions in key operational, sales and technical roles
Design and implement new recruiting strategies and programs to attract and attain high-quality candidates
Oversee recruiting process and develop and implement process improvements focused on increasing speed to fill and reducing the cost of hiring while increasing the quality of hires
Support a smooth and effective
Direct the recruiting and selection process
Ensure the best selection for each role and the recruiting process is conducted efficiently, economically and in according with our client's policies and standards
Ensure all local, state, and federal laws and regulations are followed
Activities that include advertising, interviewing, testing, selecting candidates, checking references, negotiating employment offers, relocation, and orientation
Liaise with managers to develop and implement recruitment strategies that are appropriate for the business needs and consistent with our client's overall HR strategy
Evaluate external labor market conditions and internal employee turnover trends to recommend changes to the existing recruitment activities to meet changing market conditions
Select and manage ongoing relationships with recruiting-related vendors to ensure satisfactory and compliant standards of service
Requirements include ...
7 – 10 years of recruiting experience in a manufacturing environment
3+ years’ experience recruiting senior level managers/directors; executive recruiting experience a plus
3+ years prior managerial/supervisory experience
BA/BS in human resources, business, accounting, or related field
SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credential
