We’re seeking an energetic, self-starter who has a passion to build a career in sales. This position will provide inside sales support for our rapidly growing customer needs. With the right passion and desire, we’ll also help develop your skills for outside sales in our ancillary product offerings. Great growth opportunity!
A strong candidate will be able to:
Develop product knowledge concerning each of our core and ancillary products and use company literature/available training resources to stay up-to-date on product features
Use company resources to develop a filing system that keeps all active sales files available and current digitally
Take the lead on organizing the resources necessary to put together high-quality, up-to-date sales presentations
Act as the primary customer service contact for clients who have questions about their accounts or our products – including preparing pricing sheets, RFPs, sending relevant product content, providing routine follow ups and customer check ins.
Work with other departments within the company to bring in additional help on creating sales presentations when needed
Build rapport with existing and current prospects to ensure ongoing sales and high levels of customer satisfaction
Recommend more than one product option whenever possible so customers feel as though they have multiple adequate options.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
· Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Access
· Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment with flexibility and collaboration
· Excellent team and leadership skills
· Entrepreneurial spirit with passion for world-class customer service and technology
Ideal Start Date:
As soon as possible and/or January 2018
Market-competitive salary in the mid-$40Ks is offered, dependent upon qualifications.
This is a fulltime, exempt-level temp-to-hire position. It is planned to be converted to a regular full-time salaried position. Full benefits and required insurances will be available to the selected candidate throughout the temporary and regular employment periods.
