Significant MS Excel and some ERP/MRP program experience is necessary.
Compensation: $85,000 - $110,000 Depending on Experience, Plus Annual Reviews and Bonus Structure
Manage the Supply Chain Department, supervise personnel, and maintain daily work flow to complete daily work schedule. Report to VP of Operations
Supervising and maintaining structure and efficiency for Buyer and Logistics Coordinator to be successful and continue to develop the Supply Chain Department to ensure stability.
Develop, implement and improve supply chain strategy to control costs, generate savings, and maximize working capital.
Control cycle counting and inventory accuracy checks to manage and maintain material including min/max stock locations.
Maintain a standard of performance and foster participation in continuous efforts for improvement and self direction.
Supervise and review performance of Supply Chain personnel accordingly by providing feedback and maintaining efficiency.
Provide leadership and direction through training, implementing all company policies and safety procedures and resolution for for inaccuracies and issues that occur.
Complete and participate in all company manager training, meetings and assignments.
Report all issues and incomplete work to VP of Operations.
Education, Experience and Job Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in related field with three to four years of prior experience is ideal.
