This position will maintain and manage the production facilities in three different locations, working closely with management and sales team.

Duties include:

Coordinate and manage daily cycle counts on all raw material and finish goods, that are stored in rack system, outside of warehouses and tanks.

Responsible for directing monthly cycle counts on all moving raw materials and finished good inventory and assuring high level of accuracy in daily operations,

Responsible for investigating the discrepancies in inventory balances between inventory systems versus physical count sheets for all warehouses Ensure accurate inventory control by monitoring finished goods and raw materials for all warehouses

Responsibilities include receiving of all raw materials into computerized inventory system.

Preform related duties such as transmitting information via computer concerning inventory, shipping containers and storage availability.

Responsible for creating standard operating procedures for inventory control process and implementing procedures.

Responsible for creating data tracking and staging system for raw materials needed for next day production schedule.

Responsible for coordinating reorganization of warehouses to assure raw materials and finished goods are stored for efficiently ran warehouse.

Responsible for identifying overstock of raw goods and finished goods

Develop plans for implementation and communication of inventory processes.  Provide constructive and cooperative working relationships with all team members in maintaining them over time.

Perform other duties as required e.g., staging inventory,      moving inventory, etc.

Travel for limited durations may be required. 




Demonstrated ability to execute strategy across corporate and remote sites.

Knowledge of Production and Logistics environments

Knowledge of Sage preferred, MS Office Suite, Excellent Excel skills for modeling

Understanding of Agricultural environment and business practices

Highly motivated, results oriented and driven to succeed

5 yearsGÇÖ experience in a similar field or agriculture related experience

Bachelor Degree in Agronomy, Agricultural Business, Chemistry or similar science field preferred.

      Excellent communication and organizational skills
