The primary responsibility for this position will be to grow Cardiovascular Services as a product line for the hospital. It will not have direct patient care responsibility but will work closely with physicians and other providers to expand and develop the cardiovascular program.

Responsible for management of Cardiovascular Services to include operations, management,marketing and finance. Directs and expands the delivery of patient care in the Cardiovascular Services Department. Ensures quality patient care is given across the continuum. Directs performance improvement and continuous quality improvement activities. Establishes participation in national registries and evaluates accreditation opportunities.

Requires: RN Licensed in the State of Arizona; Minimum Bachelors with MSN or MBA preferred; minimum of five years experience in Cardiovascular Services both invasive and non-invasive; Current BCLS and ACLS certification. Proven ability to grow and develop cardiovascular services product line. Excellent communications skills; role model for customer service and effective leadership skills
