The Position: The Maintenance Superintendent directs and coordinates all maintenance activities in the plant including routine PM, special projects, safety, environmental concerns and personnel matters. Is responsible for providing daily management direction for 3 maintenance supervisors, 1 scheduler, 1 planner and 20+ maintenance mechanics.

Requires: Bachelors degree preferred, with 5+ years of experience in the food and/or beverage manufacturing industry.
