Our client owns and operates a large fleet of power plants. They have a current opening at one of their plants located in central Alabama, for an experienced power plant Maintenance Manager. Under the direction of the Plant Manager, the Maintenance Manager is responsible for managing the daily maintenance activities of the plant and ensuring the plant is maintained in a safe and efficient operating condition. The Maintenance Manager manages the implementation and modification of the Maintenance Program and identifies improvement projects to enhance the economic performance of the plant. The Maintenance Manager is responsible for managing and coordinating the activities relating to the Long Term Service Agreement (LTSA).
