This position is a Director level. It has (3) Sr Mgrs as direct reports and a team of Architechts, Developers, Engineers and Analysts as indirect reports (23).
The KEY experience is developed ebusiness vision / strategy and implemented this on a large scale
WANT SOMEONE WITH a lot of designing, developing and supporting e-commerce sites such as Amazon.com, LandsEnd or L.L.Bean type -
websites that are very consumer centric and customer focused - that focus on the long term relationship with the customer.
Very interactive sites that the customer will return to - order placing type websites. The person needs to be a Director
level and comfortable in the corporate role, with all that is required of a executive level employee.

Responsible for all aspects of delivery, support and availability of eBusiness applications.
Support the business objectives and goals of the IT Department by leading major functional areas including internal
web-based applications and external customer-centric marketing and self service applications.
Manage a diverse team of talented individuals comprised of Software Development (Java & .NET), BUS ANAL Graphic Design, Project Managers
Experience in at least 4 of the following: eCommerce, eMail Campaigns, Sales Force Automation, Customer
Relationship Management, Content Management, Content Localization / Translation, Corporate Websites
Minimum of 10 years hands on experience in IT with a focus on Internet technologies
Minimum of 7 years of supervisory experience.
