Overview:
Industry pioneer with a strong brand seeks President /COO. With a 50 year history and a tenured workforce, our client is an industry leader in the pre-cast concrete industrial manufacturing business serving the energy, transportation, and industrial markets in Louisiana and offshore Gulf of Mexico. Our client is interested in only those professionals who have lead companies to their industries forefront by developing and then implementing successful strategic growth plans. Industry specific experience is not required if you have lead a company or large division of a company that offers custom engineered solutions to meet the needs of clients in the oilfield, industrial or public works arenas.
Our client recently purchased this company and is poised to make significant investments in both systems and capital equipment once the right person is in place. The key personnel will remain in place at the discretion of the incoming president. Participation in real growth and value creation is available either in compensation or equity for the right individual. The client base is regional: Louisiana, Mississippi, Texas and very little travel is required.

Relocation to Baton Rouge is provided. Candidates with ties to local area and experience managing companies with $10-20MM in revenue are preferred.


Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• 5 plus years in a senior operations management capacity
• P&L management experience
• Experience in a manufacturing or construction in oilfield, industrial, or public works
• Engineering or technical background preferred
• Proven success in creating and implementing work flow processes
• Proven success in achieving growth and profits

Essential Job Functions:

•Assume day to day control of operations including: accounting, general management, personnel, cost control, oversight of design, production, new product development, quality control and sales.
•Leading company into expanded markets and products.
