Leading Medical / Biological Manufacturer seeks a Strategic Sourcing Manager who will be part of an expanding department supporting Businesses with the Strategic Sourcing of Biological Materials for the manufactruing of reagents for clinical and research applications. Be responsible for developing and implementing global strategic sourcing, strategy formulations, development support, supplier relationship management, long-term procurement initiatives, and drive change on overall related sourcing activities.

QUALIFICATIONS: Individual desired must have a BS degree and minimum 5 years Purchasing experience combined with Strategic Sourcing of different types of Biological products, Must be able to understand the impact that Sourcing will have on operations and the ultimate positive bottom line impact it will have on the respective businesses. Must have solid experience with Sourcing strategy development, strong contract negotiations expertise, good leadership / influencing skills and be able to see the business approach to the Strategic Sourcing process.
