Excellent client. Sales are strong & stable despite the economy. Need to bring on a classic Plant manager. Needs to be able to manage a 200 employee manufacturer of surgical tools and operating tools/instruments for surgery procedures. Manage all staff functions of Production, HR, Engineeering , Distribution, Matls Mgt, Finance, Quality. This plant has plans to grow to be the leadership plant with new product transfers and expansion within current available building space. Qualifications include knowledge of medical device, GMP, FDA, surigical tools. lean background, systems integration, and dsuitribution experience. Great team is in place, now we need to add the leader-must be able to hit the ground running! Strongly prefers hires within the tri state arear!
