Will oversee all aspects of manufacturing and operations for a successful, profitable automotive parts manufacturer located north of Dayton Ohio.

Will implement lean manufacturing techniques in a non union manufacturing and distribution environment of 300 employees.

Departments that this position manage are production, purchasing/materials, inventory/scheduling, manufacturing engineering and process engineering.

Position reports directly to the President.

Qualified candidates will have production/operations management experience in the automotive parts manufacturing industry with a demonstrated history of lean manufacturing implementation.

No relocation assistance will be offered at this time.
Requirements Bachelor degree plus 5 or more years direct experience as Operations Director or Plant Manager in an automotive manufacturing environment
