Here's how it works:

1.)  You complete the job advertisement form
• Only fields in red are required

• The more optional details you provide, the better your results will be!
2.)  We add your job advertisement to the CareerMarketplace.com Employment Center
3.)  Job Seekers Browse jobs by Category or Search using keywords
• Job Seekers browse jobs by category
...or Search for jobs using specific keywords and criteria.
4.)  Job Seekers view the details of jobs for which they are qualified
• The Job Details that you entered are displayed to the Job Seeker.

• If the Job Seeker is interested in the job, they insert the job into their "Keepers."
5.)  The Job Seeker then completes an online resume and a profile
6.)  You receive an email message containing the Job Seeker's online resume and profile
